I-M min barndomsvän från Knislinge ville gärna ha receptet på musslorna jag och Adella lagade för ett tag sedan så här kommer det.

Receptet är från hennes pappa och det är absolut det godaste jag ätit i mitt liv!

Dock är det på engelska men det fixar ni säkert att klura ut 😉

Lycka till med matlagningen I-M

3 Garlic cloves
3 Small onion shallot
1/2 a cup White wine
Fish cube
3 or 4 tbs Garlic butter (depends how much you live garlic)
Fresh Parsley
Salt n pepper
1tsp oil

Melt garlic butter in heated pan
Chop up onions, garlic cloves, parsley.
Throw in pan together with 1tsp olive oil and fry.

Crush up fish cup and put it in a small bowl. Pour in 1cup boiling water and stir till cube has melted and you have created a stock. Pour into pan. Add your 1/2 cup of white wine. Season with some salt and pepper

Throw in the fresh mussels and clams and stir.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10-15 mins on low to medium heat. Keep cooking till the shells have opened up. It is important at this stage that you don’t leave them on the heat too long.

Once the shells have opened up switch of heat and mix.

Place shells in a flat dish, then with a table spoon pour the gravy over the shells

These can be served on their own or with some pasta. If you choose to serve with pasta ideally you would throw in the cooked pasta into the pan and stir.
